Terms and Conditions

Jaguar Digital LLC ("Jaguar Digital", "we", "us") provides automated Google review request services for small service businesses. We send review request text messages to your customers on your behalf, using a phone number assigned to your account.

New accounts start with a 14-day free trial. After the trial ends, the service is billed at $249 per month. A valid payment method is required to continue service after the trial.

You may cancel at any time. When you cancel, your access continues through the end of your current paid billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the customer contact information you provide and for having a lawful basis to request reviews from those customers. Review requests are only sent to customers who have consented to receive a text message. You agree not to use the service to send spam, misleading content, or incentivized reviews in violation of Google's policies.

Customers who provide their phone number and check the consent box agree to receive a text message from Jaguar Digital requesting a Google review on behalf of the business they visited. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

You may not use the service for any unlawful purpose, to harass or mislead recipients, or in any way that violates applicable law, carrier rules, or Google's review policies. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jaguar Digital LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost reviews, arising from use of the service.
